Global Learning Development Manager #x1F30D; Are you an experienced learning and development professional with a passion for driving organisational growth and success? Our client, a global organisation in London, is seeking a Global Learning Development Manager to join their dynamic Human Resources team. As the Global Learning Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering excellence in all aspects of L D. Reporting directly to the Global Learning Development Director, you will collaborate closely with the Global HR team and Divisional teams to align with the organisation #39;s strategy and achieve its goals. You will be responsible for creating and deploying inspiring, ambitious, fun, and inclusive learning experiences that drive knowledge and capability development, meeting both present and future business and service requirements. #x1F31F; Job title: Global L D Manager Company: Luxury Hospitality Contract: Permanent Location: London, hybrid working 3 days in the office Salary: GBP70,000 - GBP76,000 (potentially slightly higher for the right candidate!!) Benefits:15% Annual bonus based on performance review, 25 days annual leave, 1 day increase for every 5 years of service, 3 nights per year to have the chance to sample Luxury experiences, Monthly welfare initiatives, Company socials, Additional maternity leave #x1F4DD; Main Duties and Responsibilities #x1F4DD; - Learning Programme Design and Delivery: Develop and deliver measurable, effective, and engaging learning experiences utilising innovative methodologies, technologies, and platforms. - Collaboration, Partnership, Vendor, and Stakeholder Management: Work in partnership with key stakeholders to align L D initiatives with organisational goals and manage relationships with external learning vendors, consultants, and partners. - Learning and Development Culture: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, curiosity, and learning at all levels of the organisation, implementing accessible and inclusive learning initiatives. - Needs Assessment, Evaluation, and Learning Analytics: Monitor feedback, conduct needs assessments, and analyse learning data to evaluate programme effectiveness and identify skill gaps and requirements. - L D Strategy, Alignment, and Budget Management: Contribute to the development and execution of the global L D strategy, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources. - Market Trends Research: Stay abreast of L D trends and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. - General: Act sustainably, comply with policies and safe working practises, and engage in continuous development opportunities. #x267B; #xFE0F; #x1F4BC; Qualifications and Skills #x1F4BC; Experience within a luxury hospitality organisation any other bespoke luxury industry is necessary! Proven experience in learning and development at a leadership level. Strong track record in programme design, delivery, and evaluation. Excellent collaboration and partnership skills, with experience managing external vendors and stakeholder relationships. Familiarity with learning management systems and data analysis for insights and recommendations. Ability to contribute to L D strategy and effectively manage budgets. Strong research and market trend analysis skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
