Project architect

Our client is seeking an ambitious Project Architect to join their established award winning multi-disciplinary Architectural practice based in Sheffield. The successful Project Architect will collaborate with a team on large scale projects within the Residential, Commercial, Leisure, Student accommodation and Retail sectors. Our client work on a variety of projects covering different project values and sizes. Student Residential experience is an advantage for the successful Project Architect. The most successful Project Architect should have a good knowledge of Revit. Project Architect Position Overview Keep within budgetary requirements Occasional site visits Design/ work on projects within a variety of sectors Develop designs into working drawings Coordinate tender and construction design packages Submission of planning / building regs Work on projects throughout all RIBA stages Help with and coordinate the design and production of comprehensive design information Prepare and produce plans and documents for statutory approvals Participate in team meetingsProject Architect Position Requirements Based within a commutable distance of Sheffield ARB Qualified Architect Good knowledge of Revit Motivated individual Ability to work well as part of a design / technical team Previous experience on residential / student accommodation projects is an advantage Design flareProject Architect Position Remuneration Competitive salary (GBP40,000 - GBP50,000 DOE) Progression opportunities / Plans Holiday Company Pension Scheme Company Social Group Free on-site parking available Other company benefits to be discussed at interview stageBennett Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
