Office Angels West End are seeking a dynamic and proactive Membership Administrator to join a prestigious professional private Doctors Membership organisation based in London. This is a key administrative role where you will work closely with the Membership and Events Manager, as well as other members of the organisation, to oversee all aspects of membership operations. Job title: Membership Administration Role: Temp - perm Rate: GBP17.50 - GBP18.00 per hour (GBP35,000 once perm) Location: Close to Oxford Circus tube Hybrid working: 3 days in office / 2 days from home Start date: ASAP for handover periodResponsibilities: Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of members in the database, ensuring information is up to date. Serve as the main point of contact for members, responding to inquiries and providing information about membership benefits. Assist in developing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones. Generate regular reports on membership metrics and provide insights for decision-making. Work closely with the finance department to track membership subscriptions and process payments. Efficiently manage office operations and coordinate staff rota. Collaborate with other departments to support initiatives related to membership activities. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance the overall member experience. Provide training and support to staff involved in membership-related tasks. Compile the annual journal and assist with special projects related to membership. Act as an advocate for members within the organisation, representing their interests and concerns. Foster a sense of community among members through online forums.Requirements: Experience working in a membership role, ideally within a professional membership organisation. Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Experience with membership database management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proactive and innovative mindset to identify opportunities for improvement. Familiarity with online payment processing systems. Knowledge of email campaign software, web CMS, and social media platforms is desirable. A keen interest in the healthcare sector and current issues affecting it.We offer a competitive hourly rate of GBP17.50 to GBP18.00 and this is a temporary-to-permanent position.
