Job description:

We are urgently recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to join our client #39;s team, one of the world #39;s leading manufacturers. The Office Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Sales Team and also supporting the PA to the Directors, so an exciting and varied role. This is a full time permanent position working from their PR4 offices. Responsibilities: * Importing sales hub enquiries onto prospect or customer profiles * Drafting shipping documents, including commercial invoices, and packing lists * Processing customer purchase orders and issuing order acknowledgements * Converting quotes to sales orders and providing customers with relevant documentation * Travel arrangements for personnel to include flights, hotels, visas, etc * Answering, screening and forwarding calls from the switchboard * Meeting and Greeting of visitors and the organising of refreshments and for meetings * Assisting the Marketing Manager with event coordination and promotional items * Assisting the Sales Team and Directors rsquo; PA with any other sales or administration related duties, as required Experience: - Proven experience in an administrative role including the booking of travel - Strong computer literacy skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal - Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
