Carpenter

Multi-skilled Carpenter required for our client, a maintenance and repair specialist who operate throughout the Hampshire, Sussex and Surrey areas. The Carpenter will be tasked with carrying out repairs, maintenance and refurbishment works on domestic and commercial properties, throughout Hampshire (and occasionally into Surrey / Sussex). The Carpenter will be carrying out first and second fix carpentry, with other various works in addition when required (and if competent), such as tiling, plastering, decorating, basic plumbing etc. The Carpenter would ideally hold an NVQ in carpentry or equivalent. The Carpenter must be multi-skilled, able to carry out other trade work such as tiling, basic plumbing etc. and decorating. The bulk of the work would be in the Portsmouth area, so the candidate would ideally be based within commutable distance of this area. Carpenter Position Requirements Experience carrying out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry work Multi-skilled (e.g. able to carry out basic plumbing, tiling, decorating etc).
