Nurture and drive your team, mentoring, inspiring, influencing, and leading by example to ensure teamwork and collaboration throughoutExperience as Quality Manager: Experience in a similar role in an Engineering and Manufacturing environment Demonstrable experience in driving Quality efficiency and high standards Track record of successfully managing a team in a fast-paced environment An excellent communicator, and a great people person who understands the importance of building relationships both internally and with clients.
