Compliance Officer - Food Industry Leicestershire GBP28,000- GBP32,000 DOE *No Sponsorship Available- Sorry* Currently recruiting on behalf of a food manufacturer in Leicestershire who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, daily household products to us all up and down the country. Having worked with this business for a number of years I know for a fact this role will be fast paced and exciting but you #39;ll be well grounded reporting to a sensational Technical Manager. I am looking for a Compliance Coordinator/Officer to join the team of experienced and knowledgeable foodies. This role will vary but typically see you responsible for some of the below tasks: Responsibilities: Conduct internal audits and inspections. Stay updated on the ever changing food industry regulations. Train staff on compliance procedures support with training the wider teams. Assist in completing and maintaining regulatory documentation. Investigate and resolve compliance issues. Maintain all relevant records. Collaborate with teams on corrective actions. Qualifications: Experience working a similar role within the food manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, FDA regulations. Strong communication skills. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office Food safety certification (e.g., HACCP, SQF) would be ideal For this one while experience and skillset is important, a winning personality and willingness to learn and absorb the full opportunity could see you with an opportunity you #39;ll not regret
