Here you rsquo;ll play an important role in helping our customers resolve their debts. You rsquo;ll work with customers to support them with any future payments, installing PAYG where it rsquo;s the best option, as well as helping them find ways to reduce energy consumption. About you: Minimum qualifications: CCN1/CMA1 and MET1 or Smart Metering Diploma. At least 6 months of experience installing gas and electric meters. Full valid driving license with maximum 6 penalty points. Previous MOCOPA authorisation required. Safety-conscious with a focus on customer service Understanding customers rsquo; circumstances and helping them agree an appropriate solution to resolve their debt.
