We are recruiting for a HVAC Tech Job Responsibilities middot; Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building. This includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment. middot; Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety. middot; Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best course of action for equipment modifications. middot; Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. middot; Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. middot; Deliver output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. Person Skills middot; 1-2 years of job-related experience. middot; Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. middot; Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. middot; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
