SEN Teaching Assistant Requirements: middot; Previous experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. middot; Strong understanding of SEN, safeguarding, and child protection practices. middot; Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required. middot; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. middot; Relevant qualifications and/or training in education, SEN, or child development are desirable.
