Project Co-ordinator London or Manchester ndash; hybrid working model, 2 days a week office based, 3 days remote working Excellent day rates Fantastic opportunity to secure an initial 6 months day rate contract as a Project Co-ordinator based from either London or Manchester on a hybrid working model. The Project Co-ordinator perform a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of programmes and project and supporting the growth and development of the delivery practice. What will you be doing? bull; Setting up and maintaining of programme and project folders and control of baseline documentation bull; Maintaining, monitoring and updating programme and project plans, schedules, risk and issue logs on behalf of assigned programmes and projects ndash; working closely with programme and project managers to ensure quality and standards are adhered to bull; Undertaking delivery responsibility for discrete project workstreams, work packages or deliverables as assigned by the programme or project bull; Supporting programmes and projects in ensuring adherence to CDM methodology, frameworks and all project documentation is maintained to the required quality. bull; Organising, attending and participating in programme and project meetings and other key events bull; Documenting and following up on actions and decisions from key programme and project meetings. What are we looking for? bull; Strong experience in a Project Co-ordinator role for a large, complex organisation ideally in a regulated environment bull; Self-starter with lsquo;can do rsquo; approach, able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment bull; Exceptional organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise across multiple conflicting project demands bull; Strong communication both written and verbal and collaboration skills ndash; ability to work effectively across internal and external teams bull; Competent in using Microsoft suite of tools including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and working knowledge of MS Project bull; Advanced Excel skills - ability to build and manage complex spreadsheets for management of information About the DCC: At the DCC, we believe in making Britain more connected, so we can all lead smarter, greener lives.
