Join a designer of uniforms for luxury hotels and spas across the world as an Accounts Assistant. THE ROLE: Using Excel and XERO, you will: Manage purchase and sales ledger Prepare payment runs and monitor credit control Create invoices Month-end procedures, including bank reconciliation Responsible for petty cash and currency floats with travel expense reports There is also general administration including: Answering the phone Replenishing office supplies Managing staff holidays Processing shipping of orders Updating CRM KEY SKILLS EXPERIENCE: Accounts Assistant experience NVQ or AAT in accounting Working knowledge of Xero, Excel and Microsoft office Accurate and numerate Positive, proactive and happy working in a busy team SALARY BENEFITS YOU rsquo;LL RECEIVE AS ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT: GBP30,000 - GBP32,000, dependent on experience 30 days holiday, including public holidays Pension Annual clothing allowance Flexible working hours Please apply today by sending your CV.
