The role entails working with children in KS1 and KS2, identifying individual needs of the pupils and supporting their educational needs. Schools are seeking experienced Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant rsquo;s or those with qualifications in view for permanent positions starting in September. Roles and responsibilities will include: Collaborate with teachers and other professionals. Assist with academic tasks, ensuring access to the curriculum and facilitating active engagement in learning for all students. Monitor and track students #39; progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents. Aiding teachers in the running of classes and assisting where required whilst gaining valuable knowledge and experience of a primary school environment. Provide 1 to 1 support or within small groups for pupils where necessary. Qualifications and skills: A keen passion for education and learning. Experience in the classroom/ supporting as a TA. A DBS on the updated service or be willing to apply for one. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Flexibility to adapt to the needs of individual students.
