Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Requirements: Previous experience in the healthcare sector is essential. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets. Ambitious, motivated, and able to work independently. Excellent communication, spelling, and grammatical skills. Resilience in handling rejection and ability to bounce back. Highly organised and efficient, with excellent phone manners. Possession of a valid driving license as client visits may be required.
