Secondary IT Teacher- Boston Milk Education are recruiting for an IT Teacher for a Secondary School in Boston, Lincolnshire to work on a long-term temp to perm basis. In this role you will be teaching small groups of 4 students at one time. This is an SEMH school, who prides itself on promoting positive mental health and wellbeing to the entire school community. Join our mission to Make Life Kind in the classroom and beyond hellip; Role Responsibilities: - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum - Teach IT to students using various instructional methods - Create a positive and inclusive learning environment - Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback - Utilize laboratory resources to enhance learning experiences - Provide additional support to students with special education needs - Incorporate real-world examples and applications into lessons - Foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students - Use behavior management techniques to maintain a productive classroom environment - Offer tutoring and mentoring to students who require extra assistance Non-negotiables: - Bachelor #39;s degree in IT or related field (Master #39;s degree preferred) - Qualified Teacher Status - Previous experience teaching IT at the secondary level is desirable - Strong knowledge of IT concepts and principles - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using technology for teaching purposes - Experience in mentoring and guiding students in their academic journey If you are passionate about IT and dedicated to helping students succeed, we encourage you to apply for this position.
