Paralegal legal assistant ndash; litigation team

My client is looking for an outstanding Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join their litigation team in either Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. You will provide secretarial support to their litigation team, and when necessary to lawyers in the firm rsquo;s other teams. The support will include contact with clients, typing, file management, diary management, telephone cover, invoicing and general office duties. Skills and experience required. bull; Legal secretarial experience of at least 1 years within a Litigation team bull; Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail bull; Strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel bull; Highly motivated, proactive individual with strong written and verbal communication skills bull; Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure bull; Proactive and able to use initiative to solve problems bull; Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and have an excellent telephone manner bull; Experience of case management systems and digital dictation Should you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear Legal Recruitment Limited.
