Job Title: Finance Administrator Location: Central London #x1F4CD; Remuneration: GBP23,000 - GBP26,000 per year #x1F4B0; Contract Details: Permanent, Full-time #x1F4C5; Are you a detail-oriented and efficient Finance Administrator looking for an exciting opportunity in the consultancy industry? Our client, a leading consultancy firm based in Central London, is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic finance team. Responsibilities: #x1F4CB; Ensure accurate financial control and preparation of invoices Schedule, draught, and issue invoices; maintain a monthly summary Manage the collection of outstanding debts through various communication channels Process remittances and allocate payments on a daily basis Prepare detailed monthly analysis of invoices and debtors Act as a point of contact for clients #39; invoice queries, liaising with consultants Send regular financial statements to clients Maintain up-to-date and accurate records Assist with consultants #39; expenses submissions Generate monthly and quarterly client status reports Provide general administrative support, including telephone and reception duties, filing, and diary management Please note, full training can be provided for the right candidate Qualifications and Skills: #x1F4BC; Experience in finance and administration would be an advantage Degree-level education in Business/Financial Administration preferred Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent numerical and organisational skills Strong verbal and interpersonal competence Collaborative and flexible working style Professional and proactive approach Reliable, responsible, and able to work independentlyAdditional Benefits: #x1F381; Our client offers superb benefits and working conditions, which include 27 days of holiday plus statutory holidays, a bonus scheme, a pension plan, hybrid working and more.
