Payroll coordinator

Sterling Recruitment Services are looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in producing the end-to-end monthly in-house payroll on behalf of the company for circa 520 employees. Job Outline: Oslash; End-to-end in-house payroll processing, Year-end processes Oslash; Administration of benefit in kind schemes Oslash; Auto enrolment pension scheme administration Oslash; Finance function, working closely with HR Oslash; Co-ordinate weekly overtime/agency working process Oslash; Contact point for queries internal and external Oslash; Support with internal and external audits Oslash; Internal and external reporting Knowledge Experience: Oslash; Knowledge/ability to operate business rsquo; financial systems. Oslash; Must have previous experience of processing in-house payroll. Oslash; Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office Programmes especially Excel. Oslash; Strong IT skills - especially intermediate excel knowledge. Oslash; Can operate within the relevant financial guidelines and legislation and understand risk to the business of non-compliance. Oslash; Analytical and accurate This is an onsite role, you will be required to work in the office alongside the Finance Team Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00.
