We are seeking a dynamic Team Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. Role Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Support Workers for adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities and autism. Implement support plans, manage schedules, and conduct risk assessments. Handle budgeting and financial tasks. Ensure compliance and safe service delivery through team collaborationIdeal Candidate Profile: Previous experience managing similar services and working with individuals with learning disabilities. Flexibility to maintain operational efficiency. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Positive, solution-oriented mindset with innovative approaches. Ideally holds a Level 5 qualification in Leadership Management or is willing to pursue it. Valid driver #39;s license with the ability to travel as needed.
