Project Manager ndash; Passive Fire Cardiff GBP45,000 ndash; GBP55,000 + Car Allowance Information on the role * Managing overseeing multiple Sites Projects in Passive Fire, Fire Systems, CCTV, Access Control Intruder Systems. * Manage and ensure team are complying with project specification * Track and report at weekly client update meetings * Planning of resources, including materials, labour, and sub-contractors * Liaise with Site Safety Officer to ensure all standards are maintained * Liaise with the client on KPI development and implementation * Manage and maintain all H S requirements What we rsquo;d like from you * Proven Project Management experience in Passive Fire, Fire Systems, CCTV, Access Control Intruder Systems. * Willingness to travel to Sites * SMSTS * CSCS * Exceptional written and spoken English skills * Self-motivated personality * Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude * Organisation and time management skills What rsquo;s in it for you * Car allowance + fuel card * Competitive Salary DOE * Christmas Bonus * 22 days holidays + bank holidays If this opportunity sounds like something of interest, please email Daniel (@) huntermasonconsulting .com
