Oversee and update design guides for building services. Collaborate with experts to implement standardized solutions. Review deviations from design guides and assess their feasibility. Develop budgets for major maintenance and lifecycle plans. Advise on building condition and conduct detailed service assessments. Prioritize maintenance work based on business needs and building health. Lead the transition to proactive asset management (ISO 55001 principles). Represent the FM team for new building installations.About You Proven experience in Building Services Engineering, particularly mechanical systems. Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Experience in preparing specifications for maintenance and capital works. Knowledge of asset management principles (ISO 55001 preferred). Ability to implement standardized engineering solutions efficiently. Familiarity with energy-efficient solutions for buildings. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
