Construction Site Manager required to work for a leading UK main building contractor on one of Leeds city centre rsquo;s major high rise residential developments. This project is already underway with 2 years left to run on this GBP100M development. As Site Manager you will work closely with the Senior Site Manager and Senior Project Manager overseeing all aspects of construction phases ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Responsibilities: * Coordinate with subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. * Manage project resources effectively, including labour, materials, and equipment. * Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of workmanship, addressing any issues promptly. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
