A fantastic opportunity has come available for a Building Services Manage to work on the Southern Renewals Enterprise. The project will total 5+5 years of multiple individual schemes across Network Rail #39;s Southern Route (Kent, Sussex Wessex). You will manage the building services elements of several concurrent build civils projects (Rail). About you Ideally will have experience in delivering large multidiscipline projects within a Rail environment. Experience in all aspects of Building Services. Proven technical and project management abilities. Strong organisational and management skills (programming and planning) Knowledge of the requirements and implementation of CDM regulations Ability to produce Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets, and implement safe systems of work.
