Freelance site manager

Untie People are working with a leading construction contractor in Leeds to hire a Site Manager on an accommodation build scheme in Leeds. You will be focussing on internal fitout of rooms, including management of trades, snags and quality control. Responsibilities: Overseeing project schedules and ensuring work is completed within set deadlines. Overseeing individual snagging and finishing of apartment units, overseeing quality and deadlines for handymen and finishing trades. Reporting progress to senior management. Ensuring work is completed to the agreed high standards. Coordinating teams of workers and subcontractors Maintaining quality control checks Singing off and handing completed work over to the client Requirements experience: SMSTS First Aid (preferable) CSCS Card Trade background preference is joinery / plastering Previous experience in a fitout, snagging or finishing role.
