Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Logistics Management: Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for project execution. Coordinate transportation, storage, and distribution of resources to project sites.
