Commercial manager

We #39;re currently seeking a talented Commercial Manager (Mechanical bias) to join our client #39;s team at Hinkley Point C. This full-time hybrid role offers the flexibility of some remote work, with a focus on overseeing multiple projects, managing contracts and budgets, and ensuring timely and budget-conscious project delivery. Reporting to the Project Director and operating within the Project Controls function overseen by the Commercial Director, this permanent staff role is integral to our client #39;s project success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee multiple projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. - Manage contracts, budgets, and project controls. - Lead business planning initiatives and conduct market analysis. - Build and manage high-performing teams. - Cultivate strong customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation. **Qualifications Experience:** - Demonstrated experience in Commercial Management and Contract Management (Mechanical bias) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proven track record in business planning and market analysis. - Effective team management abilities. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Preference for experience in the oil and gas industry. - Bachelor #39;s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field required. Master #39;s degree or MBA preferred. **Additional Information:** - Must be eligible to work in the U.K. - Subject to acceptance/approval of BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) Application and DBS Security Clearance (Disclosure Barring Service Check).
