Lettings negotiator

Ref: 605 Role: Lettings Negotiator Salary: GBP24,000 + commission Located: Sheffield Hours: Mon to Friday 9.00 ndash; 5.30 ndash; Saturday 9am -1pm on a rota. The role: * Marketing properties ensuring all advertising/listings and portals are up to date. * Carry out viewings with perspective tenants. * Qualifying prospective tenants * Drawing up tenancy agreement/contracts * Registering tenancy deposits * Check in check out inspections/inventory. * Carry out property inspections. * Deal with property maintenance. * Ensuring legal compliance/certificates are maintained. * Be a part of the project management team for any new development/projects or refurbishments. * Liaising with contractors * Attending housing fairs/marketing (student sector/universities) * Travelling to properties ndash; in Sheffield other areas. * Liaising with contracted agents who manage out of town developments. The successful candidate: * Previous lettings experience is desirable. * Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet. * Well presented, articulate with excellent communication skills. * Hard working ldquo;can do rdquo; attitude. * Able to work to tight deadlines and in a busy environment.
