Manufacturing engineer

Responsibilities: Develop and update Manufacturing Instructions. Design, commission, and validate tooling. Assist in industrial validation processes, utilising tools like FMEA #39;s and FAI #39;s. Resolve technical issues encountered during manufacturing. Implement route card changes for rework activities. Manage Configuration Control by incorporating Design Modifications into Manufacturing Instructions. Provide support for the Non-Conformance Process using SAP. Requirements: Completion of a formal technical Engineering/Craft Apprenticeship to NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21. Possession of a formal further education certificate equivalent to an HNC. Minimum of 5 years experience in an engineering discipline. Ability to interpret Design Drawings to create Manufacturing Build Instructions for Skilled and Semi-Skilled operators. Experience in Electronic Sub Assembly manufacturing up to System level builds. Familiarity with assembly processes for small/miniature Electro-Mechanical Actuation Systems. Strong teamwork skills. Ability to understand and meet customer requirements. Proficiency in Company Processes and Procedures. Excellent communication skills at various organisational levels.
