Position: Office Administrator Duration: Temp to Perm Location: Crawley Hours: 08:30 - 17:30 (Monday to Friday) Pay: GBP12.00 per hour Our client is seeking an office administrator on a temp to perm basis. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Handling all incoming and outgoing calls daily - Managing telephone inquiries - Managing multiple tasks simultaneously - General admin duties Ideal Candidate Qualifications: - Proficient in IT, particularly Excel - Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on handling phone calls - Ability to adapt and thrive in a constantly changing environment - Team player with a supportive attitude towards colleagues - Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment - Team-oriented work approach
