Our Branch Administrator is a critical member of the Pasquill team and is responsible for the varied and central administrative functions of the branch. This could be from maintaining financial records, managing customer queries, ordering stock or ensuring our compliance and legislative Health and Safety and environmental requirements are met. Pasquill is part of Saint-Gobain UK and Ireland and is one of largest suppliers of trussed rafters in the UK What we #39;re looking for: We are looking for someone who is a born organiser, enjoys coordinating and managing processes to get the job done. You will interface with an internal and external network from employees to customers and support the site with the administration to make sure we are compliant and delivering the best service. Experience is great- but its not everything- if you have the right attitudes and values we can teach you the know how. What you will need is: Strong organisational skills Able to prioritise a busy workload Working well within a team Excellent Communication skills - face to face and over the phone Good knowledge of excel What you will be doing: This is a varied and fast paced role that requires a high attention to detail to monitor, coordinate and record the administration requirements for the site. Day to day you will be involved in: Develop and maintain office systems and paperwork Manage the purchase order records: ordering, booking in goods and PODs received Maintain and replenish sufficient levels of stock to meet customer and branch demands Authorise invoicing and resolve abeyances received within agreed timescales Deal with customer queries and ensure they are resolved quickly, resulting in minimal or no delay in Pasquill being paid Support the scheduling of transport to ensure deliveries are met on time Contact customers to arrange deliveries Book in new jobs from the designers and schedule future deliveries onto production schedule Are Pasquill and Saint-Gobain inclusive employers?
