Mobile Water Technician - North London, Facilities Management - GBP33,000 DOE plus fully expensed van A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a world-class facilities management Company based at their prestigious blue chip client site in North London. Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm 40 hours a week Fully expensed Van Role Responsibilities: Conduct PPM and Reactive Maintenance Remedial cleaning, sampling, chemical testing Completion of routine monitoring tasks in line with HSG274 pt2 and the Approved Code of Practice ACOP L8 completing the necessary tasks to maintain compliance, including Temperature Monitoring , Outlet / Showerhead Descales, CWST Inspections The Ideal Candidate: Full UK Driving License experience in Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Treatment.
