Qualifications/Experience: Diploma in Education and Training (DET) or alternative teaching qualification. Experience in delivering good or outstanding Functional Skills and employability lessons from Entry level to Level 2. Recent experience of teaching students with special education needs and barriers to learning. Able to demonstrate effective planning of employment educational programmes for adults with learning difficulties, disabilities including SEMH.
