We are on the hunt for an engaging, enthusiastic, and highly driven Social Media Marketing Executive with the X-Factor! You will need to be a very creative marketer who can bring ideas to life! Someone passionate has an eye for detail, and will relish taking control of all aspects of the company rsquo;s social media. For this Social Media Marketing Executive role we #39;d love to see CVs from people who: * Have a minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a Social Media Marketing role, preferably with experience managing multiple brands and adapting distinct tones of voice. * Can confidently propose and share fresh, innovative ideas, and work collaboratively to bring these ideas to life. * Are highly organised, have excellent planning skills, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt quickly to changes. * Are experienced in creating and editing engaging photo and video content tailored for across all social platforms * Excel in analytics, skilled in monitoring and analysing social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, with the ability to adjust strategies based on data insights. Key Responsibilities: * Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company rsquo;s marketing goals and enhance brand visibility. * Produce engaging, high-quality content, including photos and videos, tailored for each platform (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting. * Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally. * Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. * Plan, implement, and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, increase engagement, and generate leads. * Work closely with internal teams (and external agencies) to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution. * Keep current with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate this knowledge into the company rsquo;s social media strategies.
