Hospitality assessor trainer trainee or qualified

Job Title: Hospitality Assessor / Trainer (Trainee or Qualified) *Trainee or Qualified Assessor Opportunity* Full training and support will be given to candidates to achieve the Level 3 Award in Education and Training Location: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel throughout London Salary: GBP31,200 - GBP36,600 - Depending on qualifications and level of delivery (Inclusive of location uplift) Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Mileage + much more! Type: Full-time, Permanent Essential Criteria: Must have experience of working within Front of House and Back of House in a Pub, Restaurant or Hotel setting at Supervisory level or above (Food and Beverage; Food Production; Housekeeping and Reception). Ideally hold an NVQ Level 2 or above in Hospitality (for example any of the following: Hospitality, Professional Cookery, Food Production, Food and Beverage, Reception, Housekeeping). Full driving licence and use of own vehicle. Must be flexible with travel. Duties include: Delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Hospitality at Level 3 or Level 4 (depending on competency), across Back of House and Front of House specialisms. Meet Assessor KPI rsquo;s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration. Delivering via a blended learning approach (Remote/online delivery and some face-to-face learning). Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted. Organise and maintain documentation on learners #39; progress. Support, advise and motivate learners. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner rsquo;s needs. Personal Skills: Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people. Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
