GBP14.50 per hour Weekly pay Online payslips Holiday allowance Monday 27th May start Rota will be 5 days out of 7 - ongoing weekly work Main duties: bull; participates in and supervises the preparation and cooking of food accordance with established recipe cards and methods bull; has desire to be cover other sections of the Kitchen as decided by the Head Chef bull; ensures all dishes are correctly garnished before being sent to relevant outlets bull; ensures that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner bull; ensures work area is kept clean, hygienic and organised bull; ensure that all equipment/ utensils in the section are correctly handled and maintained bull; to deal with guest comments and complaints in a constructive and empathetic manner Ideal candidate should be fully aware and comply with: bull; Health and Hygiene Policy and Procedures bull; Food Hygiene Regulations bull; Health and Safety Procedures bull; Current Licensing Regulations bull; Method of payment bull; Maintains a safe and hygienic work environment Please apply within or send your CV to .
