M e surveyor building services engineer

TSA Surveying are currently in partnership with a small building services consultancy, that are looking to deliver an M E survey of the non residential aspects of some residential blocks in Wembley, e.g. multi-storey car parks, plant rooms etc. This project will be looking to commence in the coming weeks. lasting around a month in duration. The role involves a survey of all the mechanical and electrical assets in the non-residential areas, logging and tagging the assets and assessing their condition. The successful candidate will be suitably qualified in either a Mechanical or Electrical field, with a background in asset surveys within the public sector, capable of conducting a room-by-room condition survey, including lifecycle and verification logging, using the client rsquo;s own in-house software on a portable tablet.
