As Personal Assistant to the Headteacher your role is to diligently support the Headteacher and other members of the leadership team. You will provide seamless professional administrative and personal support. Personal Assistant job summary: Personal Assistant salary is £30,000 - £35,000. Organising meetings, minute-taking and producing a variety of different documentation. A wide range of secretarial and administrative duties. This is an important post ensuring support to the Headteacher in promoting the ethos, ambition, and policies of the school. The candidate, above all, will have a positive nature, be hard-working and possess a good sense of humour – all necessary for working in schools! Personal Assistant requirements: A 2:1 degree or above. Applicants will have first-rate IT skills in all MS Office applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience of working in a dynamic and challenging administrative environment. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Experience as an executive assistant/personal assistant to senior management preferred but not essential. Must be willing to complete an enhanced DBS.
