The successful candidate will be expected to: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the packaging industry * Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while supporting key stakeholders * Implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets * Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative packaging solutions * Prepare and deliver client proposals and presentations * Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and best practices Essential skills and experience: * Proven track record of success in business development or sales within the packaging industry * Strong understanding of packaging materials, processes, and technologies * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
