We are seeking a motivated and organized Apprenticeship Administrator to join our team. Based in Hooton, Cheshire, this role offers a blend of remote and office-based work, providing flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to our mission. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for the Business Development function. Utilize IT skills to efficiently manage and organize paperwork and documentation. Demonstrate excellent communication skills in all interactions, both verbal and written. Able to prioritize workload and manage tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Experience of apprenticeships is advantageous, but not essential. Support the onboarding of new apprenticeship learners, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. Collate and chase all required paperwork within defined timescales to maintain compliance. Ensure BKSB assessments are completed as per the requirements. Undertake any associated administrative tasks to support the Business Development function. Requirements: IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to prioritize workload and manage tasks effectively. Experience in apprenticeships or a similar administrative role is advantageous. Comfortable working in a blended remote and office-based environment.
