Health and safety coordinator

QHSE Coordinator London (site-based role) Salary: GBP34,000 - GBP39,000 Irwin and Colton have partnered with an industry-leading commercial real estate #39;s services provider that are looking to bring on-board a new QHSE Coordinator to support on the safety management for one of their largest FTSE-100 client accounts within the London Headquarters. The role reports directly to the QHSE Manager; with a dotted line to the Account Director. The role will support the QHSE Manager and act as a point of contact on various aspects of the health and safety agenda within the business. It will also be hands-on, deploying new guidance and advice to the client and supporting the drive on change and new initiatives across the organisation. Responsibilities of the QHSE Coordinator will include: Engaging with key stakeholders on the Rotherham site to drive a positive health and safety culture Supporting the wider business unit in the development and delivery of health and safety strategy, identifying opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of the health and safety functions Supporting the assessment and development of the health and safety, and environmental management systems to ensure that it reflects best practiceThe successful QHSE Coordinator will have: Proven experience within health and safety; ideally a corporate environment NEBOSH general certificate (or equivalent) and Technical IOSH membership as a minimum Good understanding of relevant ISO systems (ISO 14001 and 45001)For more information on this opportunity or to discuss your next career move, contact Matthew Cathcart on +44(0) (phone number removed) or apply here.
