What you #39;ll be doing As a Site Manager you will: Ensure that work/contracts are identified, progressed and fully costed Identify the key deliverables from the M E specification Consider profitability entitlement for the M E elements throughout the design and construction process Liaise closely with the Project Management teams to interview and appoint the right M E contractors for each specific project Maintain business relationships with the M E supply chain and consultants Manages design process, production of drawings/specification and Operation Maintenance Manuals Co-ordinate statutory/utility approvals and the programme of installation Co-ordinate the Operation Maintenance information for project handover Ensure energy targets and BREEAM requirements are met for each specific project Who we #39;re looking for You will have the following: Good understanding of M E commercial rates across both labour, plant and material Fully understands the brief of the M E work required within a project Keeps up to date with modern methods of construction Thorough knowledge of M E installation Has previous experience of Commissioning M E systems and handovers Has an ability to understand and interrogate M E specifications Identifies the M E critical path to ensure the installations meet the construction programme Why work for us Day in, day out, our teams deliver some of the UK rsquo;s most ambitious, exciting and meaningful projects; developing, building and maintaining the vital infrastructure that supports national economies and strengthens communities.
