Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Norwich Contract type: Permanent Project overview: My client are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team for two major infrastructure projects in Norfolk. The projects involves construction of a new bridge, junction enhancements, etc. Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package, including car allowance or company car Opportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure projects for a Tier 1 contractor Career development and growth opportunities within a dynamic team environmentSystems Used: CEMAR, Fastdraft, Orbit (bolt-on to Oracle) Key Responsibilities: Manage the full life-cycle of the project from conception to completion Oversee procurement processes, including low-value to full sub-contract packages Handle subcontract management, utilities diversion, and highways packages Supervise and mentor 1-2 Quantity Surveyors Utilise CEMAR, Fastdraft, and Orbit systems for project managementKey Requirements: Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, preferably on large-scale infrastructure projects Proficiency in NEC 3 or 4 contracts (A, B, and C) Strong procurement skills across various package values Please apply below!
