Front of house

We are working with an aware winning hair salon based in East Grinstead to support with the recruitment of a Front of House. This is not your traditional Front of House role, this role is more hands on and will involved supporting stylists assistants where required. This role is part time (25-30 hours per week) Key Responsibilities for the Front of House: - Greeting all clients in a professional and welcoming manner - Offer refreshments to all clients serve these - Recommend and upsell products to clients - Keeping the salon tidy and clean throughout - Supporting stylists and assistants with shampooing where required Key Skills for the Front of House: - Must be approachable and friendly whilst remaining professional - Able to work to your own initiative - Proactive with keeping yourself busy, noticing when things are out of place, actively keeping the salon clean - Well presented ensuring brand dress code is followed Please apply as directed
