Nuco Solutions require an experienced carpenter multi for a permanent position covering Welwyn Garden City. Duties to include performing reactive maintenance on occupied social housing properties or voidst. This is a mobile role using a provided company van and fuel card. Applicants MUST have a full UK Drivers #39; license and have had experience in a similar role. * 42.5 hours / week * Overtime available * Weekends Available * Life insurance * Pension Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: GBP34,000.00 per year Expected hours: 42.5 per week Benefits: * Company car * Company pension * Life insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: * Bonus scheme * Performance bonus Experience: * Carpentry: 1 year (required) * Multi Trade: 1 year (required) * Reactive Maintenance: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (required) * NVQ in Carpentry (required) Work Location: In person
