Multi-Skilled Mechanical Technician Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4pm What will you be doing? bull; Repair and maintain mechanical equipment, identifying potential failures and causes. bull; Perform pipe fitting, plumbing tasks, and replace worn components. bull; Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance to prevent accidents and damage. bull; Assess and mitigate safety risks during equipment observation and maintenance. bull; Respond promptly to equipment failures, diagnose faults accurately, and implement solutions. bull; Recommend and implement equipment/process improvements and time-saving solutions. bull; Communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and subordinates, and stay updated with relevant technical knowledge. What will you need? bull; Apprenticeship-served Mechanical and Engineering Maintenance Engineer with electrical knowledge. bull; Proficient in repairing and maintaining Mechanical and Electrical Equipment, including parts replacement. bull; Strong problem-solving skills and adept at fault finding. bull; Experienced in using hand/power tools, measuring devices, reading technical drawings, and pipe fitting techniques.
