Field service engineer

Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a Fire and Security company, in their search for a Field Service Engineer to be based in regionally in the North West of England and North Wales. What our client is offering for a successful Field Service Engineer: Up to GBP30,000 Basic salary (OTE up to GBP45,000 per annum) Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm Permanent Role Company van, laptop and mobile phone Extra day rsquo;s annual leave for your birthday. The Role- Field Service Engineer : Installing, servicing and commissioning small to medium sized fire and intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems Providing certification for installed and serviced systems to comply with relevant British standards Identifying potential opportunities where customers could benefit from using additional services Managing own diary to ensure allocated work is completed on time Attending the head office for weekly meetings and stock collection Responding to out of hours calls whilst covering on call duty What our client is looking for in a Field Service Engineer : Experience with installing, servicing and commissioning fire and/or security systems ESSENTIAL Experience working in Building Services or Electrical Services as an engineer ESSENTIAL Sound knowledge and understanding of addressable fire alarms, open and closed protocol systems and networked systems - DESIREABLE Driving Licence ESSENTIAL Successful applicants will be subject to a satisfactory DBS and BS7858 checks Key skills or similar Job titles: Installations Engineer, Fire Security Engineer, Access Systems Engineer Commutable From: Denbighshire, Flintshire, Wrexham, Chester, North Wales North West For further information about this and other positions please apply now.
