Assist with daily living activities. Promote independence and social inclusion. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and external agencies.Requirements: NVQ Level 3 Caring for children young people or working towards this Proven experience in a similar role. Excellent communication and organisation skills. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach.
