Panel executive

Job Description We are seeking a Panel Executive to join our Home Conveyancing panel team in Manchester. You will be supporting a portfolio of panel firms, ensuring that they are delivering service to the required standards, resolving any queries/escalations from branches and firms giving our introducers the confidence to increase volumes of conveyancing instructions. Key roles and responsibilities of a Panel Executive: Supporting the panel team with Estate Agents, Financial Services, clients and panel firms regarding property transactions. Monitoring emails and processing queries, supporting with escalations and complaints regarding panel firms, both current and previous transactions, within SLA and following correct escalation process Maintaining a good working relationship with the panel firms and try to assist in building these between the firms and other parties. Ensuring all invoices are paid in a timely fashion by firms and escalating, where necessary, any payment issues.
