Our client has a great reputation in the industry and is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and flexible all-rounder to work as part of a busy hire desk team within a supportive company. The main parts of the role include: Role bull; First point of contact for customer enquiries bull; Responsible for receiving orders and collections of equipment. bull; Calculating and supply of quotes bull; Planning transport for deliveries and collections bull; To proactively work jointly with all departments bull; Dealing with damages, calculating costs, liaising with customers regarding damages and ensuring payment is received bull; Full training on product range will be given. Required Skills: bull; Experience in the hire industry. bull; Excellent customer service and communication skills. bull; Strong IT skills including MS packages. bull; You must be reliable, enthusiastic, and well organised. bull; The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated and proactive
