Project manager design

My client, an industry leader in city scale decarbonisation, are in need of a Project Manager (Design) to join and make a real impact. My client fund, design build, operate and maintain low carbon district energy networks and building energy systems. They #39;re and innovative and Design led company looking to hire proactive, intelligent professionals to assist on their mission. Tasks: * Managin Design Team resources across design projects my using systems and tools to track utilisation and availability. * General reporting * Identify resource gaps and assist in the engagement of 3rd party contractors * Collaborate with development, construction and pre-construction teams to understand project requirements. * Post project delivery evaluations. Knowledge and Qualifications: * 3-5years of experience in relivent project management or engineering design. * Understanding of heat and utility networks * Experience with MS Project, Autocad and/or Procore
